Andie Nicks

Andie was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She got her BA at the University of South Carolina-Aiken. She then attended Paul Mitchell the School-Columbia and obtained her Cosmetology License in South Carolina. She obtained her Master of Fine Arts in Theatre at Southern Illinois University, focusing in Costume Design. Her design work includes, the costumes for Children of Eden, Tartuffe, and the make-up for The Addams Family: The Musical at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.  As Well as, Pinocchio and Pinkalicious: the musical at McLeod Summer Playhouse. Most recently she worked as the Costume Shop Manager at Cape Fear Regional Theatre from August of 2018 to June of 2020 and designed several mainstage productions including Trumbo: Red, White and Blacklisted, No Child, and Murder for Two. In addition she designed costumes for two CFRTeens traveling productions(Junie B. Jones the musical and Cinderella Eats Rice and Beans) as well as summer camp productions including The Lion King Jr.
